Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Feva Social, Studio 26, Lennox Trading Estate, 14 Kirk Road, London E17 8PD, handles personal information you submit through this website. You can contact us at [email protected]. For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for this information.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, enquiry type and message you choose to submit. We do not require or request any other personal data. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use your enquiry only to respond to you and discuss the services you asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for automated decision-making.
Service providers
Your enquiry is transmitted and stored using the following infrastructure:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website delivery, DNS, security and network filtering (including the tunnel that publishes this site).
- Our own email infrastructure — the mailbox that receives your enquiry is hosted on our self-managed mail server.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — used solely as the outbound email relay that transmits the contact form notification from our website.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, and in any case no longer than 24 months, after which it is deleted. Where you ask us to stop contacting you, we will delete your enquiry.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for security and for delivering the site; Cloudflare's security check (if enabled) may set a short-lived cookie to distinguish humans from bots.
International transfers
Our service providers (Cloudflare and Brevo) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
